We are Hiring for Quality Analyst in Content Moderation (Trust And Safety)

The IQA (Independent Quality Analyst) will ensure the quality and accuracy showcasing products for purchase. This role involves monitoring videos to verify that featured items are correctly tagged and linked in descriptions, allowing viewers to easily find and buy these products on eCommerce platforms. They will assess the adherence to company standards and client expectations while handling potentially sensitive content with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring:
Review Contents where content creators showcase products
Ensure that all featured products are properly tagged and linked in the video descriptions for easy purchase on platforms .
Tagging and Linking Verification:
Verify that all products shown Content are accurately tagged and linked in the video description.
Ensure that links direct viewers to the correct eCommerce platforms and product pages.
Feedback and Reporting:
Provide detailed feedback to content creators regarding tagging accuracy and product link placements.
Generate and deliver weekly/bi-weekly reports on content accuracy, tagging compliance, and link effectiveness.
Training and Development:
Assist in creating training programs for content creators on best practices for tagging products and linking to eCommerce sites.
Conduct training sessions or workshops to improve adherence to tagging and linking standards.
Process Improvement:
Identify issues with product tagging and linking, recommending improvements to enhance accuracy and viewer experience.
Collaborate with teams to implement and monitor quality improvements in product content.
Compliance:
Ensure that product tagging and linking adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Stay updated with trends and best practices in product content management and eCommerce.
Content Review and Analysis:
Perform audits of video content to ensure compliance with tagging and linking standards.
Conduct detailed reviews of specific cases and update training materials based on findings.
Client and Vendor Interaction:
Lead and participate in calibrations with vendors and clients to discuss tagging and linking practices.
Attend regular check-ins with the QA Program Manager, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Basic:
2+ years of quality analyst experience.
Strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Criteria:
Ready to work from office (Client location) Hyderabad – Bahadurpally
5 days working. Ready to work for rotational shift
Preferred:
Experience with content that features products for purchase.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and product linking best practices.
Experience in content creation/moderation for social media.
Additional Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in QA tools and software.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about media, entertainment, and internet shopping trends.
Note- Freshers are not eligible for this position
Compensation – UPTO 6LPA
Good communication skills
