Role Description
We are seeking a Quality Analyst for a remote contract role. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for performing quality assurance testing, monitoring quality control processes, analyzing data to ensure compliance with standards, and identifying areas for improvement. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish quality benchmarks and maintain consistent quality management practices. This position requires regular communication to ensure alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute functional, regression, and system testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Work closely with developers and project teams
- Prepare test cases, test plans, and testing reports
- Validate applications against business requirements
- Support quality improvement initiatives across projects
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
- Experience with manual testing and defect tracking tools
- Knowledge of automation testing is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
