The business we are representing provides real-time CX (Customer Experience) insights that enhance Service Providers value-added portfolio, helping them drive revenue growth in the cloud communications market. They are well known for investing significantly into their staff – this will be a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Integrated with the leading cloud communication platforms like Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex calling, Cisco Broadworks to name a few
Established partnerships with over 600 telecom and IT providers worldwide, deploying its solutions to more than 10,000 customer sites across various sectors.
They are looking to make a full time hire for a long term position.
Location: Permanent Remote Work from Home in India
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Shift Timings: 12pm – 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm – 10:30pm (Winter)
Role and responsibilities
Attend refinement sessions to understand the business requirements in advance of development
Prepare test cases using Test Rail
Execute test cases including functional testing and call scenario testing
Attend daily stand ups and weekly project check ins
Work closely with developers to ensure no knowledge gaps
Essential skills and experience
ISTQB
Cypress
Version control – Bitbucket
Understanding of SDLC and STLC
Good communication
Experience of working with other remote teams
Reliability
Desired Experience and Skills
3 years+ working as a QA Analyst/tester
Experience of working in a remote software team
Experience of automation testing
Cypress
Powershell
