Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by designing, implementing, and executing test plans. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to improve software quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and/or automated).
Perform functional, regression, system integration, and UAT testing to ensure software quality.
Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, gather feedback, and ensure all business requirements are met.
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using tools like Azure DevOps.
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and best practices.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning.
Provide quality reports, test metrics, and recommendations to improve the testing process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect management.
Experience in coordinating and facilitating UAT with business users and stakeholders.
Experience with test case management tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
