The Role As a Quality Analyst,
What You’ll Do
• Ensure evidence complies with agreed naming and storage standards.
• Identify anomalies and document findings clearly and objectively.
• Track daily execution progress and communicate blockers early.
• Use pivot tables, lookups, and charts to analyze testing progress.
• Peer-review test results and evidence for completeness and quality.
• Support user acceptance testing activities and evidence reviews.
• Improve procedures that strengthen execution quality and evidence rigor.
What You’ll Bring
• You have 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance testing.
• You have strong experience executing manual test cases.
• You are proficient in JIRA and maintain clean ticket records.
• You have intermediate Excel skills, including pivots and lookups.
• You understand software development and testing lifecycles.
• You understand test design techniques and traceability practices.
• You produce accurate, complete, and structured documentation.
• You show strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• You are a self-starter who works with minimal supervision.
• You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You prioritize effectively and manage competing deadlines.
