About the Role
Trace One is a global leader in SaaS-based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, supporting companies across Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, and Chemical industries. Our platform helps manage product R&D, regulatory compliance, and quality processes.
Due to strong business growth, we are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist to join our Professional Services team. You will be part of a customer-focused international team, ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and verify that reported bugs are properly resolved
- Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases for configured and customized solutions
- Ensure delivered functionalities align with customer requirements and business needs
- Investigate complex issues and report bugs to the Professional Services team
- Participate actively in customer project execution and delivery activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams (Help Desk, Implementation Teams)

Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities to ensure high product quality.
- Ensure all changes comply with QA standards, processes, and best practices
- Monitor application health before delivering configurations or fixes to customers.
- Identify, analyze, and report regression issues proactively
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Reports to: Technical Manager.
- Collaborates with: Technical Implementation, Help Desk, and Product teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with relational databases (MSSQL/Oracle preferred)
- Good understanding of OOP concepts (C# preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving

- Self-driven with a proactive “get things done” attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Preferred Skills:
Experience in different types of testing (Unit, Performance, Security)
Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Visual Studio, TFS, Azure)
Experience working in customer-facing or SaaS environments
Additional language skills are a plus
