Role & Responsibilities: –
Conducts quality review of telephonic/chat conversations to ensure quality service goals and standards are met and/or identify areas where improvements can be achieved.
Should have knowledge in QC tools, Excel, Dashboards, Call calibration, call audits, Call monitoring and sharing feedback.
Provide coaching and guidance based on audit findings and delivers weekly/ongoing performance feedback to associates as outlined by the business.
Ability to train and coach.
Strong logical reasoning and problem – solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria: –
1, Qualification: – Any Graduation/ Any Post Graduation
2, Location: – Marathahalli
3, Age limit: – Below 30yrs
4, Salary :- Upto 40K
5, Should have minimum 1yrs of an experience as Quality Analyst
6, Languages:- English+ Hindi
