Quality Analyst
Do you have Engineering, Projects Management or Quality, have you worked in Aerospace and would you like to progress and develop new skills? Then this job is for you! We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our Quality team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work closely with the other Quality teams. You will be part of the Quality Improvement team responsible for / developing solutions for program transversal problems.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as a Quality Analyst will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line to reduce and eliminate them.

Must Have:
You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management or other related field
You have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, in aeronautics, in project management or other related experience.
You are creative and can think outside the box
You have a high level of autonomy and motivation (you will, however, be supported by a departmental tutor)
You have good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude
You can organize yourself autonomously
