Role Description The Quality Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of products, services, or internal processes. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing documentation and data, executing quality audits, identifying trends and issues, and preparing clear reports with actionable recommendations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address defects, ensure compliance with internal standards, and support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives. The Quality Analyst will also help refine quality metrics, participate in root-cause analyses, and contribute to the development and maintenance of quality procedures and guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and consistent communication in a remote setting.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw evidence-based conclusions.
- Hands-on experience with quality control activities such as inspections, testing, and verification of deliverables.
