Responsibilities :-
Proven work experience in Manual Testing
Having at least 3+ years of experience in team handling
Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance and Software Testing methodologies
Experience with test case and test plan creation and execution
Experience with API Testing, performance testing, regression, sanity testing, smoke testing etc.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional agile team environment
Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA and bugzilla and experience with automation testing is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
Having client handling experience is a must. Required Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with demonstrated leadership
Experience
B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M. Tech, MCA or M. Sc (IT), MBA candidates will be preferred.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
Proficiency in manual testing and automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
