Marketplace Operations-Quality Analyst
● Exp 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
● Bachelor’s Degree Engineering(preferably software),or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
● Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, proficient in reviewing applications for functionality, performance, usability, and overall quality.
● App Previewing Processes and best practices , understanding of branding guidelines and app listing compliance standards.
● Ability To Think Critically, analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.

– Prior experience in reviewing/supporting B2B marketplaces in activities such as – partner / app onboarding, app validations / reviews, security programs
Soft skills:•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team sand app vendors. Strong organizational and time management skills
Roles:
Help Onboard new Marketplace partners.
o Conduct third-party risk management screening to verify partners conducting business on the Atlassian marketplace are legal and trustworthy entities.
• Assist our marketplace partners with their new app releases.
o Validate compliance of apps with Atlassian branding and publishing requirements, including logos and assets, app naming, and messaging.
o Ensure End User License Agreement and partner support information are available for customers on the marketplace listing and product documentation adequately supports user experience.
o Conduct technical review of marketplace apps to assess the functionality and usability ofapp is fully compatible with Atlassian products.
o Work with app developers to address and resolve issues related to the quality and functionality of their apps, and provide guidance for improving their apps.
• Offer Operational assistance to programs running on Marketplace.
o Security Program – Ensure app security checks and vulnerability scans are in compliance to reduce risk and critical issues for customers.
o Violations program – Ensure that all current marketplace applications comply withAtlassian’s branding guidelines and adhere strictly to the Atlassian Marketplace Partner Agreement and other terms of service.
• Ensure that customer reviews adhere to standard guidelines and provide valuable insights to the app user experience.
On the first day, we’d love you to have:
• 3-4 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably software), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong understanding of software test Engineer methodologies, proficient in reviewing applications for
functionality, performance, usability, and overall quality.
• App reviewing processes, and best practices, understanding of branding guidelines and app listing compliance standards.
• Ability to think critically, analyze complex problems and provide Innova Evolutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and
app vendors. Strong organizational and EME management skills
• Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends in software development and
app reviewing.
• Exposure to B2B marketplaces, app listing/management processes, and basics of REST APIs and console
usage will be a bonus.
