Proven experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in Billing, Legal, Sales Order Processing, or Fulfilments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Manages own work with hands-on supervision.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Dashboard.
