Are You seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support quality assurance programs, compliance activities, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing quality data, conducting audits, maintaining quality systems, supporting customer and operational requirements, and ensuring adherence to established quality standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and experience working within regulated or quality-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Administer and support quality programs, policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Review, complete, maintain, and process quality-related documentation, records, databases, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to established quality systems, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
  • Assist in implementing quality initiatives and process improvements across departments.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze quality metrics, test results, operational performance data, audit findings, and customer feedback.
  • Identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor quality performance indicators and communicate findings to support informed decision-making.

Audits & Quality Reviews

  • Conduct or support audits, inspections, reviews, and assessments of processes, documentation, and operational activities.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of quality records, databases, reports, and testing outcomes.
  • Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure quality systems remain effective and compliant.

Stakeholder Support & Problem Resolution

  • Provide guidance and interpretation regarding quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Respond to quality-related questions and concerns from employees, leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Support customer feedback investigations and coordinate resolution efforts when required.
  • Facilitate communication between quality teams and operational departments.

Project & Program Management

  • Participate in quality improvement and cross-functional projects.
  • Assist with developing project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership.
  • Support initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and compliance.

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in training employees on quality processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Recommend improvements that strengthen quality systems and operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
  • Support implementation of best practices and standardized processes across the organization.

Team Collaboration

  • Actively participate in departmental and cross-functional teams.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in:
  • Chemistry
  • Operations Management
  • Quality Management
  • Engineering
  • Related scientific or technical discipline

OR

  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:
  • Quality Assurance
  • Quality Control
  • Compliance

  • Related quality-focused functions

Preferred

  • Experience working with regulated industries or laboratory environments.
  • Experience conducting audits and quality reviews.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and operational metrics.
