We are seeking an individual with expert level experience in review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding. Develop, document and maintain functional test cases. Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results. Make sure that testing is well executed. The candidate should exhibit a passion for innovation, and harbor a genuine belief in, and acceptance of Corra core values.
Responsibilities
The individual in this role will be responsible for the following:
Analyzing the requirements from clients.
Arranging Test Environment to execute the test cases.
Conducting Review Meetings.
Analyzing and executing Test Cases in Zephyr.
Defect Tracking.
Communicating with the Test Manager.
Work closely with the development team to diagnose issues, resolve defects, and ensure that product releases follow project specifications.
Take ownership in process quality and drive for product quality.
Collaborate with international teams for both technical and non-technical issues.
Generate historical analysis of test results.
Provide application instructions for users.
Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.
Create meaningful error handling procedures for application code.
Perform application security audits.
Ensure data integrity standards.
Participate in installation, integration and UAT.
Ensure adherence to industry and internal standards
REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 6 years of experience with Automation and manual QA including creation of Test Plans, Test Cases, selenium or cypress scripts and other documentation necessary for testing. Exposure to test management tool like Zephyr, TestRail is an add on.
Full Software Testing Life Cycle experience including System, Regression, Performance testing, Database testing.
Experience testing of web based applications in different browsers and Mobile devices.
Experience in Ecommerce is preferred. Preferring experience in Magento, Shopify, Commercertool etc.
Knowledge of verifying reports in any QA tool
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as XP and Scrum as well as Waterfall practices.
Solid understanding of quality assurance best practice
Strong analytical skills & keen attention to details.
Must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Excellent communication skills: Verbal and Written
Investment industry knowledge.
Knowledge in Selenium or cypress is must. Quest to learn and implement full fledge automation on web-based application is required.
ISTQB or any relevant testing certification is a plus.
