We are currently seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team. We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong focus on continuous improvement, quality systems leadership, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and other quality certifications.
- Develop and update quality policies, manuals, procedures, and documentation.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and quality best practices.
- Develop quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor system performance.
- Implement quality training programs and quality tools across the organization.
- Collaborate with global teams to achieve world-class quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing/maquiladora industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
- Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Knowledge of the PPAP process.
- Understanding of core quality tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual: Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
