Core Competencies:
Manual and Automation Testing
Selenium WebDriver for test automation
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test plans, and test cases
Good communication and collaboration skills
Basic knowledge of Agile development processes
Key Responsibilities:
Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts using Selenium
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
Log and track defects using tools like JIRA
Work closely with development teams to resolve issues
Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java or Python)
Familiarity with TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks
Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git)
Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins (preferred)
Understanding of cross-browser and responsive testing
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
1–3 years of hands-on QA/testing experience
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Desirable Credentials:
ISTQB or similar testing certification
Experience in API testing using tools like Postman (optional)
