The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document product defects to ensure timely order processing
- Test and validate components for authenticity
- Review and verify test report data to ensure the quality and reliability of products.
- Monitor and track defects, work with clients, departments, and leadership to address lab report issues
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA testing procedures
- Keep track of client feedback and lab report data
- Make sure that industry and regulatory standards are adhered to and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- CRM Knowledge and pipeline organization
- Lab Report analysis
- Test Lab Experience, preferably electronic component level
- Knowledge of Electronic Assemblies
- Data Management

Work Environment
- Full-time, in-office role based in _______________
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)
- Fridays: performance-based early release
