Our Team, Your Impact
As a Quality Analyst you will be a member of Teva External Manufacturing(ExM) Quality – Central Services.
You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing QMS documents, including SOPs, Risk Map and CAPAs, to ensure compliance with Teva Quality Management System requirements.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Quality System Management:
- Create and maintain standard operational procedures according to Teva standards and in line with applicable legislation
- Ensure SOPs and other controlled documents are translated into appropriate training assignments, curricula, quizzes, and training records, while maintaining compliance with GMP and quality system requirements.
- Performing the Gap Assessment on the SOPs against new/ reviewed Teva standards.
Inspection Readiness
- Support review of executed inspection readiness checklists and coordinate with suppliers to obtain any additional objective evidence required.
- Support quality risk map preparation to analyze quality and compliance performance of suppliers based on data of standard indicators.
Self-Inspection
- Responsible for preparing and monitoring self-inspection schedule and conducting self-inspection as per the schedule.
Your Skills And Experience
- Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in quality control / production and / or quality assurance
- Must have working knowledge of cGMPs and applicable international regulations/guidelines
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Veeva
- Good communication and negotiating / influencing skills
- Good command of the written and spoken English language
