Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Analyst (Manual + Automation) to join our Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software
products through robust testing strategies, automation frameworks, and close collaboration with
cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Strategy
● Design and implement detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
● Define testing strategies for manual and automated testing
Manual Testing
● Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
● Validate web-based and API-driven applications
Automation Testing
● Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or
similar tools
● Automate API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools
● Build reusable and scalable test automation frameworks
Defect Management
● Identify, document, and track defects using tools like ClickUp or JIRA
● Work closely with development teams to ensure timely bug resolution
Collaboration
● Coordinate with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements
and ensure complete test coverage
Performance & Security Awareness
● Support performance testing using tools such as JMeter
● Assist in basic security validation and quality checks
Process Improvement
● Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
● 2–4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
● Hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing
Technical Skills
● Automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar
● API testing: Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent
● Programming/Scripting: JavaScript, TypeScript, or any automation scripting language
● Database testing: Basic knowledge of SQL queries
● Project management tools: ClickUp, JIRA, Notion
Soft Skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
● High attention to detail
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
