Manager – Finished Goods for Medical Devices Sterilization Subject Matter Expert ISO 13485 Lead Auditor

Position Title:
Quality Analyst I, II, III (Evening Shift)
Location:
Onsite at LSI Solutions, Victor, NY
Hourly Pay Range: $21.00/hr – $27.00/hr plus $2.00/hr evening shift differential
Shift
Hours:
2pm to 10:30pm
Essential Functions:
(
Quality Control
Inspection, Line Audit, Documentation Review)
Process paperwork accurately.
Work in a Cleanroom Environment.
Maintain quality and workmanship.
Conduct records review and document control.
Search and locate documents in GAS software.
Perform process steps for two product families.
Transact materials in ERP system.
Inspect and audit materials during production.
Enforce good documentation practices.
Originate Nonconformance reports.
Control non-conforming products.
Levels II & III additional responsibilities:
Support audits, create metrics, and participate in continuous improvement.
Assist in supervision, training, and coaching.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
Education & Experience:
Associate degree preferred or high school diploma with 2 years’ experience.
ASQ CQPA or CQA preferred.
Knowledge of GMPs and quality standards.
Physical Demands &
Work Environment
:
Sitting, standing, walking for up to 8 hours.
Lift up to 40 lbs.
