We are seeking an experienced ADA Tester to ensure digital accessibility compliance across our web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA standards, accessibility testing tools, and user acceptance testing (UAT) within agile projects.
Responsibilities:
Conduct accessibility testing for web applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.0, 2.1 Level AA standards.
Utilize accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, JAWS, axe, ANDI, and other automated/manual testing applications.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to identify and resolve accessibility issues.
Apply UAT methodologies to validate accessibility requirements within agile development cycles.
Provide guidance on HTML5 and CSS best practices for accessibility.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
✅ 4+ years of experience working with HTML5 and CSS.
✅ 5+ years of experience with UAT methodologies for accessibility testing.
✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience with ADA tools (e.g., WAVE, JAWS, axe, ANDI).
✅ CPWA or WAS certification (Highly Desired).
