As a full-time Applications Engineering and Quality Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with applications engineering to ensure customer quality requirements are seamlessly integrated into proposals.
Your role involves developing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and cycle time specifications to minimize risks while participating in RFQ reviews. You will also lead change management initiatives and utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to document customer quality specifications
• Develop OEE and cycle time studies for proposals
• Participate in RFQ reviews with stakeholders
• Lead initiatives to adopt new processes and tools
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in engineering
• 10 years’ experience in quality assurance
• Proficiency in quality management systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in automation industry is a plus
