Overview
The Quality Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves overseeing quality assurance processes, implementing quality systems, and leading a team dedicated to maintaining excellence.. The Quality Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure adherence to industry standards, including ISO while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties
Develop and implement quality management systems in alignment with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Analyze data from quality metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions.
Lead quality assurance projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain documentation related to quality processes, inspections, and audits for regulatory compliance.
Facilitate communication between departments regarding quality standards and expectations.
Skills
Proficient in ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
Strong background in quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
Experience conducting quality audits and developing audit plans.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
Strong proficiency with measure tools such as calipers and micrometers
Basic knowledge of metals, such as chrome, aluminum, copper, etc.
Knowledge of quality systems and frameworks relevant to manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with QA/QC practices in a production environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
