Drive quality and safety standards at CAE as a Quality and Process Specialist within the Training Centre Operations. Engage with key stakeholders to enhance operations through compliance initiatives.
In this pivotal role, you will support the development and implementation of Quality Assurance, Environment, Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management policies at TCO East. Reporting to the Regional Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are compliant with CAE standards while collaborating with site management and global teams to standardize best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support QA, EH&S, and BCM process implementation
• Update and maintain compliance documentation
• Analyze data for risk assessments and reporting
• Participate in investigations and audits for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with teams to drive standardization efforts
Requirements:
• Expertise in time management and business process coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a multi-site operational environment
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks
• Canadian citizenship required
