Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control processes, quality systems, and relevant industry standards such as ISO 13485 and HACCP. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a critical role in maintaining compliance and enhancing product quality.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform quality audits to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems and processes.
Analyze inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings, including any non-conformities or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances of fabricated parts.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
Familiarity with quality management principles, including ISO 13485 and HACCP standards.
Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions effectively.
Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and other inspection equipment.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.
