The Quality & Training Lead is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of claims processing through robust quality assurance measures and training initiatives. This role will oversee claims audits, develop training programs, and implement best practices to enhance claims handling, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs for new and existing claims examiners, adjusters, and verifiers.

• Develop training materials, manuals, and guides to standardize claims evaluation procedures.

• Organize workshops, coaching sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to upskill the claims team.

• Develop and implement claims quality control standards and ensure adherence across teams.

• Stay updated on industry best practices, fraud trends, and legal changes, integrating them into training.

• Identify inefficiencies in claims processing and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in claims assessment, verification, or quality assurance in the insurance industry.

• Experience in training, coaching, or leadership roles within claims processing.

• Strong knowledge of insurance claims processing, fraud detection, and regulatory requirements. • Experience with claims auditing and quality control frameworks.

• Excellent training, presentation, and coaching skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English both oral and written is a must.
