Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated entry-level professional to join our team in a Complaint Investigation / Quality Associate role supporting medical device quality and post-market surveillance activities. This position involves reviewing product complaints, performing laboratory analysis on returned devices, and documenting findings to support product quality and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field and a strong interest in laboratory testing, quality investigation, and medical device safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret product complaint descriptions.
- Conduct inspection, verification, and testing of returned medical devices and components.
- Perform laboratory analysis using basic mechanical or electrical testing methods.
- Identify potential product quality issues and recurring problems.
- Document investigation results and prepare technical reports.
- Enter findings into complaint handling systems and maintain accurate records.
- Follow quality standards and safety protocols when working with biohazardous materials (PPE required).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
. - 0–2 years of experience in laboratory work, quality assurance, or medical device/pharmaceutical environments preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
. - Ability to work both in a laboratory environment and desk-based analysis

This is an onsite position with opportunities for growth and potential conversion to a full-time role based on performance.
