Responsibilities
- Monitoring & evaluating quality of work according to SOP & KPI
- Providing feedback & improvement—creating evaluation reports
- Coordinate with team for quality improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum education D4/S1
- Minimum 1 year experience as QA or related
- Good analytical & communication skills
- Ability to work in team or individually
- Proficient in Ms. Office & basic English
- Willing to work shifts
