Salary: 20M gross
Responsibilities
Establish and improve processes to align with project and company requirements.
Monitor project progress, assess risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Review project documentation, reports, and ensure completeness of deliverables.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for software projects.
Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other development models.
Support teams in understanding and applying ISO, CMMI, and other industry standards.
Develop and manage templates for project documentation and reporting.
Provide recommendations for process improvement and digitalization initiatives
Prepare and submit quality-related reports as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance or process management.
Understanding of software development models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
Experience working with ISO, CMMI, or other quality management standards.
Proficient in using reporting tools and creating document templates.
Good English communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible with strong logical thinking.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
