Job Summary
Veterans Alliance is actively seeking experienced QC Inspectors for a long-term contract supporting heavy fixed-wing MRO operations in Tucson, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented A-License holders with strong inspection experience. The role focuses on ensuring quality, airworthiness, and regulatory compliance across all maintenance activities.
Only an A-License is required to qualify. Must have a minimum of 3 years of inspection experience.

Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed inspections of heavy fixed-wing aircraft and components in accordance with FAA regulations
Verify repairs, modifications, and maintenance work meet compliance and quality standards
Document inspections accurately using approved procedures and digital systems
Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to resolve discrepancies
Ensure airworthiness and adherence to all MRO facility procedures
Maintain safety, accuracy, and accountability in all work performed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid FAA A-License – REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years total aviation experience
Minimum 3 years of aircraft inspection experience
Prior experience in a heavy MRO environment strongly preferred
Must pass drug screening and background check
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills

Pay: $37/hour
Per Diem: Up to $880/week (Tax free)
