Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications.
- Monitor compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, CGMP guidelines, and other regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Collect and analyze data related to quality control metrics, identifying trends and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions based on inspection findings and audit results.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality inspections, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Basic computer skills (if applicable)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
