QA ENGINEER – Web and Mobile

We’re searching for a detail-obsessed QA Engineer to join our remote team and help us deliver seamless web and mobile experiences for security service providers. About the Role
As our QA Engineer, you’ll be the quality champion for our platform, which powers operations, sales, and HR for industry leaders. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to make sure every feature is tested, polished, and ready to shine. This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours/week), and we ask for at least 6 hours of overlap with US business hours. We especially welcome candidates in Europe for timezone compatibility.
What You’ll Do
Design, write, and run manual and automated tests for our web and mobile apps, ensuring every release is smooth and bug-free
Collaborate with the team to define test strategies and acceptance criteria that keep our quality bar high
Dive into functional, regression, usability, and performance testing to catch issues before our users do.
Log, track, and squash bugs using tools like Jira, and keep everyone in the loop with clear documentation.
Join daily standups and share your insights to help us continuously improve how we build and test software.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate releases in production environments.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on QA experience with web and mobile applications.
Strong with testing frameworks and tools (think Selenium, Appium, Postman, etc.).
Comfortable testing across browsers and devices to ensure a consistent user experience.
Solid grasp of QA methodologies and the software development life cycle.
Excellent communicator who documents findings clearly and works well with cross-functional teams.
Able to overlap at least 6 hours with US business hours.
Bonus Points For
Experience with automation scripting or performance testing.
API testing know-how (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
Business analysis skills-if you can gather requirements and talk to stakeholders, we want to hear from you!
Previous remote or cross-functional team experience.
