Aerospace Machine Shop is looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator

As the Quality Assurance Administrator at King Machine, you will have responsibility for the following:
AS9102 First Article Inspection Report generation, execution and submittal to customers – Using Ideagen formerly Inspection Xpert, NetInspect, and Excel, employee will generate First Article Inspection Master Reports and coordinate First Article Inspection activities throughout the production cycle for first run parts.
Internal Engineering derivative approval with use of CATIA/Enovia.
Calibration – Responsible for coordination and scheduling of all internal and external calibration activities, as well as maintenance of the Calibration software database.
Internal Audits – Responsible for generating annual internal audit schedule, as well as conducting internal audits as assigned by Quality Manager.
Provide support to customer source inspectors.
Provide administrative support to inspectors.
Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Manager.
Requirements:
Knowledge and use of third-party FAI software. Ideagen formerly Inspection Xpert and NetInspect are preferred.
Advanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
Excellent writing, grammatical, editing and proofreading skills required.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented, able to develop and maintain a highly organized work environment, and able to effectively prioritize.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Must demonstrate initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision.
CAD interrogation experience such as CATIA and NX is preferred.
Aerospace inspection experience is preferred.
Pay scale; $25 – $30 based on experience.
Shift; Monday – Friday Day Shift
