Quality Assurance
Advisor to join the Operations team and play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards for their clients.
In this
hands-on
role, you’ll collaborate with team members at all levels and act as a key figure in maintaining and growing the company reputation as a trusted demand creation partner.
Responsibilities as a
Quality Assurance
Advisor:
Review all submitted leads to ensure quality and accuracy.
Update and maintain CRM systems with the latest information.
Provide detailed feedback to Managers and Directors on risks and improvement areas.
Identify and highlight strong calls for training and coaching purposes.
Support the upskilling of new team members with training and constructive feedback.
Attend client handover calls and manage lead acceptance processes, updating relevant teams as needed.
Assist with calling and lead generation when required.
Play an active role in onboarding and campaign setup to ensure clear understanding of objectives and lead criteria.
