Job Title: Warehouse Quality and Continuous Improvement Specialist
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Quality and Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for analyzing warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality standards. This role involves applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to optimize warehouse processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Data Analysis: Utilize performance metrics and data analysis tools to track warehouse efficiency and identify trends.
Training & Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on quality standards and improvement techniques.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, production, and supply chain teams to streamline operations.
Problem-Solving: Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans to address operational challenges.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in warehouse operations, quality assurance, or process improvement.
Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis tools.
