Ingenium Composites is a global supplier and manufacturer of radomes and other custom composite structures. We’re currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Specialist with both composite and manufacturing experience to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Quality Manufacturing Associate you will be ensuring products meet quality standards by inspecting, auditing, and implementing quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
The main duties of this position will be ensuring product quality by inspecting, testing, and evaluating products to identify defects, verifying specifications, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Attention to detail and quality control is needed to assure that each item is ready for shipment. You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work well with others as a team. Must be okay standing for most of the shift, bending, and lifting.
This is a mid-level level position, and experience or education is required. Successful candidate must possess prior manufacturing experience, composite experience is ideal.
Spanish speaking is a plus but not a requirement.
English speaking is required.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work standing for entirety of shift, minimum 8 hours.
Frequent walking, bending, and lifting in a manufacturing environment.
Reliable and punctual.
Communicate effectively and frequently with management and coworkers.
Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
