The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for conducting regular audits of the call center operations, focusing on compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and customer service standards. This position requires a thorough understanding of insurance industry regulations and excellent analytical skills.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in compliance auditing, preferably in the insurance industry

Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular compliance audits of call center operations, including call recordings and documentation

Analyze audit results to identify areas of non-compliance and potential risks

Prepare comprehensive reports detailing audit findings and recommended corrective actions

Work closely with management to implement improvements and address compliance gaps

Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and industry standards

Assist in developing and implementing compliance training programs for call center staff

Ensure adherence to data protection regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant standards

Monitor call center practices to maintain compliance with Do Not Call Registry and other telemarketing regulations
