Description
Job Purpose: Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for assessing and advocating high quality across multiple customers facing IOT mobile and web applications.
Summary Of Essential Job Duties
Test current products and identifying deficiencies on Android and iOS mobile apps as well as web applications.
Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with all project stakeholders to make sure items are working as designed.
Identifying quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
Oversee continuous imporvement projects.
Collect quality data.
Prepare and present reports and metrics to management.
Requirements
Experience with Selenium Webdriver, test framework development, and web application testing (preferred).
Experience with working in an Agile environment and CI/CD driven testing culture.
Prior success as an individual QA Automation Analyst embedded within a product team.
Experience testing API and database levels of a product or application.
Prior cellular and IOT experience (preferred)
Required Education And Experience
5+ years experience with all phases of software testing including test planning, functional testing, regression testing, and designing test architecture.
2 + years experience testing Android and iOS mobile applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent field required.
