Rotoris is a design-led watch company focused on creating exceptional timepieces through innovation, craftsmanship, and precision. We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before reaching our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end quality inspections of watches, components, packaging, and accessories.
  • Develop and maintain quality standards, SOPs, and inspection checklists.
  • Identify product defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work closely with Design, Product Development, Operations, and Vendor teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
  • Ensure products meet design specifications, functional requirements, and aesthetic standards.
  • Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and defect analysis documentation.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to improve product quality.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality reports.
  • Participate in new product development and quality validation before product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
  • Experience in consumer products, watches, lifestyle products, accessories, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of quality inspection methods and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, CAPA, and FMEA is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
