Position: Source Inspector
Location: Los Alamitos, California
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Frequency: approx 12-20 hrs/week – part-time – 1099
Currently seeking for a Source Inspector to support our customer in Los Alamitos, California.
The source inspector will be responsible to inspect parts at the supplier site as per the customer requirements and report any non-conformance.
Job Description :
Perform source inspections required by the documentation.
Ensure parts are conformed to the engineering requirements and the documentation.
Identify and document any non-conformance.
Support non-conformance root cause analysis when required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years Aerospace inspection experience
Minimum 3+ years inspecting composites parts
Understanding of engineering, drawings, and GD&T
Experience using various mechanical inspection tools, such as micrometers and calipers.
Understanding and experience in AS9100.
Other Qualifications: MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Computer proficiency is required, team-minded, communicative, being proactive
Candidate must have a laptop and a mobile phone.
