About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience testing enterprise ITSM systems. You will lead test planning, perform manual and automated testing, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, defect-free software deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing & Strategy: Create and execute manual and automated test cases for key ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management).
- Automation: Build, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for enterprise platform features.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software bugs using Jira or Azure DevOps, working with developers to ensure quick resolution.
- Upgrades & Releases: Test platform upgrades, patches, and releases to prevent downtime or operational disruption.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep test plans up to date and report status metrics clearly to project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in software quality assurance focusing on enterprise applications and ITSM workflows.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of QA principles across Agile and Waterfall development cycles.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and time-management capabilities.
Nice-to-Have
- ITIL Foundation certification.
