About the Role:
We are hiring two QA Testing Engineers to join our growing team! This fully remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with 3+ years of QA or software testing experience who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality and reliable software solutions to our federal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for comprehensive test coverage.
Perform automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and stress testing.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met.
Proactively identify and recommend improvements to testing processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum 3 years of QA or software testing experience.
Experience with testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and scripting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote team environment.
An active Secret / Tier 3 clearance are required.
