BakerRipley is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join the Workforce Solutions-FAPO team as a Quality Assurance Analyst. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors while maintaining excellence in invoice management and staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and review compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Provide feedback, training, and coaching to improve performance and accuracy

Prepare detailed reports, interpret data, and recommend quality improvement plans

Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to enhance processes

Serve as a subject matter expert in system initiatives and technical guidance

Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
