Details: Contract to hire role after 90 days, Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (CST)

Pay Rate: $59.00 – 62.00/hr. with benefit inclusions

Job Summary: The WMS Sr Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for testing and implementing end-to-end test strategies for Blue Yonder WMS (Warehouse Management System) in alignment with the strategic vision and product roadmap of US Foods Supply Chain Value Stream. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations such as Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Management, and Cycle Counting processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end functional testing across the Supply Chain Warehouse Management System landscape, primarily Blue Yonder WMS.

Conduct testing for ASRS functionalities and prepare detailed test documentation.

Validate business requirements through testing and collaborating with Product Owners and Business Leads.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and aid during WMS go-lives, deployments, and upgrades.

Engage in test data preparation and optimization across Blue Yonder WMS and legacy systems.

Implement best practices to improve design, testability, quality, and test reporting.

Collaborate with vendors and team members to foster a culture of quality and collaboration.

Generate QA Dashboards and detailed test reports with actionable insights.

Years of Experience and Education:

8+ years of IT QA experience with a minimum of 3+ years working as an individual contributor testing Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems.

High School Diploma/GED required; any testing/WMS certification preferred.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of warehouse processes and ASRS functionalities.

Experience with end-to-end testing across legacy warehouse management systems and IBM AS400 systems (good to have).

Proficiency in backend/database technologies (SQL, MongoDB) and web service/API testing (POSTMAN/SoapUI).

Experience with middleware (Kafka queue) and test automation tools (Selenium/Cypress).

Basic knowledge of CI/CD and test management tools (Jira/Confluence/TestRail).

Experience testing in Agile teams.

Additional Information:

Travel may be required after conversion to FTE (20% overall, up to 2 times/year).

Training will be provided for 1-2 weeks.

The interview process includes two video interviews with a panel of two members.
