We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join a collaborative technology team delivering high-quality enterprise software solutions. You'll work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA professionals to ensure that business-critical applications meet functional and quality standards before release. Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated testing across enterprise applications.
- Create, maintain, and run automated test scripts (AccelQ experience is an advantage).
- Identify, track, and verify software defects through to resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.
Skills & Experience
- Experience testing enterprise applications, including Salesforce.
- Experience with manual testing and test automation tools.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and the SDLC.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
