Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Associate to support our QA operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure that our manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and testing processes comply with all internal standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine audits of manufacturing and packaging operations for GMP compliance.
Review and approve batch records, deviation reports, and quality documents.
Assist in investigations of product complaints, deviations, and non-conformances.
Support the development, revision, and implementation of SOPs and quality systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.
Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
Maintain accurate QA records and ensure proper documentation practices.
Conduct training on GMP and quality systems for manufacturing and support staff.
Qualifications
High school diploma + 5 years of work experience or a bachelor’s degree.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Physical Demands
The employee is required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
