This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine quality assurance inspections across different restaurant locations to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to General Managers and Area Managers.
Train and support restaurant teams on best practices related to food handling, sanitation, and operational efficiency.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
Investigate customer complaints related to food quality or service and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to local health department regulations and company policies.
Maintain detailed reports on inspections, compliance status, and any corrective actions taken.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve restaurant performance and consistency across locations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in the restaurant industry (quality assurance, operations, or management preferred).
Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe certification is a plus).
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required for effective communication with restaurant staff and management.
Ability to travel between multiple restaurant locations as needed.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
