We are now looking for a dynamic and positive Quality Assurance Analyst to join and strengthen our growing operations in Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze the quality sample of the clients for whom it applies, to ascertain the accuracy with which the client qualifies Besedo.
- Maintain constant communication with your manager, team leader(s) of the assignment, Team Manager, Client Partner or Assignment Manager to report trends that may be impacting the results.
- Document the minutes with key trends and errors for socializing during monthly quality meetings.
- Participate in weekly meetings with clients to stay updated on rules and changes in processes.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous experience in Customer Service or QA roles.
- English Level B2–C1. Additional languages are a plus.
- High attention to detail.
- Fashion knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical thinking.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
