The job holder is responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents. They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents. The job holder is also responsible for recommending, developing, and reviewing QA standards, policies, and procedures for all involved functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Control & maintain, update documents related to FSMS, QMS, HSE, and circulate them; remove and inform stakeholders of obsolete documents.
Schedule, maintain, validate, and verify activities related to FSMS, QMS, HSE in coordination with the Assistant QHSE Manager and update records accordingly.
Consolidate & analyze monitoring records such as Quality Demerit Index (QDI), Online QC records, Quality objectives, OHSE, and present reports on a monthly, quarterly basis, including trend analysis.
Assist the Assistant HSEQ Manager in preparing FSMS, QMS, HSE manuals, policies, procedures, and other documents as per regulatory requirements.
Schedule and conduct internal
food safety
audits, QMS, HSE audits, and follow up on findings/non-conformances.
Participate in external
food safety
, QMS, Halal audits, and ensure closure of findings/non-conformances.
Conduct root cause analysis of customer complaints and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure calibration and proper functioning of equipment and measuring devices.
Train employees on GHP and ensure completion of GHP exams for all food handlers.
Provide induction hygiene,
food safety
, and HSE training for new hires and maintain records.
Complete formalities related to
food safety
for returning employees, new joiners, visitors, and customers.
Stay updated with latest regulatory standards and revise documents accordingly.
Coordinate with HR for internal and external training arrangements.
Prepare and update records for material and vendor master data, maintaining the approved supplier list.
Conduct supplier audits and present recommendations to the Assistant HSEQ Manager.
Conduct market and warehouse audits regularly and share reports.
Investigate accidents and incidents, update records, and implement corrective measures.
Monitor and maintain product/process quality, hygiene, and safety in the processing area.
Education
Qualification and
Experience:
Bachelor of Science or Food Technology/PG Degree Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably beverage industry
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Farm to Fork)
Familiarity with auditing techniques, risk management, and quality standards (Halal, BRC)
