Quality Assurance Analyst
We are seeking enthusiastic professionals to join our fast-growing team in support of an enterprise IT system in Alexandria, VA.
Travel between 25 – 50% of the time
This role requires an active Secret Security Clearance
Position Hours are from 3:00am – 11:30am
Location Kingstowne, VA

Previous Experience:
Experience conducting training sessions both virtually and in-person
Experience with audits and maintaining quality control (QC)
Experience collaborating with multiple groups/teams to implement fixes to deviations from baseline
Experience writing technical documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, user guides, etc.)
Experience with technical requirements development, recommending process improvements, and ensuring configuration control
Roles & Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:
Requirements
Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and/or vendors to develop technical requirements related to enhancement requests, bug fixes, driver upgrades, and/or new product versions.
Update baseline requirements documentation
Program Documents
Collaborate with workstream leads in creation of program documentation (to include, but not limited to, SOPs, Quick Guides, One Pagers, etc.)
Audits
Development of checklists and instructions related to audit and quality control (QC) activities
Complete audits, and troubleshoot, subsystem integrations, quarterly deployment packages, and/or front-end and back-end UI components
Overseas QC Program
On-Site Support of QC program (i.e., technical audits, QCs, system configuration, and training)
Training
Provide front-end UI and technical training to field users, internal and external stakeholders
Provide OCONUS training at U.S. Embassies and Consulates
Special Projects
Ad-Hoc support of Special Projects related to system integration, system enhancements, field tests, and/or program creation
